8770. Whenever new acreage within the district is planted with olive, stone, or pome fruit trees so as to qualify as olive, stone, or pome fruit acreage, the trees are subject to assessment as provided in this part.(Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 664, Sec. 84. Effective January 1, 2003.)
