8454. (a) The petition shall state the name of the proposed district and shall set forth its boundaries or describe the lands to be included in it.(b) It is a sufficient designation of the boundaries of a proposed district to recite that all the citrus acreage in the county is to be included in the district, or that all the citrus acreage in a designated area within the county is to be included in the district.(c) If either designation is used, the outside boundary of the area so designated is the boundary of the district and the district shall include all area within the outside boundary, if the district is formed pursuant to this part.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 904, Sec. 8.)
