8555. Any payment made to the owner or owners of citrus trees removed pursuant to Section 8553 or 8554 shall in no event exceed the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per geographical acre.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 904, Sec. 17.)
