8560. Upon the adoption of the preliminary budget, the board shall fix a time and place for holding a hearing thereon.The hearing shall not be less than 20 days, nor more than 40 days, after the adoption of the preliminary budget.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
