8566. At the conclusion of the hearing, the board shall by resolution entered on its minutes make such changes in the proposed budget as it finds are proper and advisable. The tentative budget as so changed or modified shall be the budget of the district for the forthcoming fiscal year.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
