8757. The board of supervisors shall cause a certified copy of the resolution to be recorded in the office of the county recorder and shall file a certified copy of the same with the Secretary of State. Thereupon, the district is dissolved for all purposes.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
