§ 8758

8758. Upon dissolution, the right, title, and interest to property owned or controlled by the district which is situated within the corporate limits of any city shall vest absolutely in such city. If such property is situated without the corporate limits of the city, it shall vest in the county in which the property is situated.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
