Notwithstanding Section 4827 of the Business and Professions Code, for commercial blood banks for animals licensed by the department, anesthesia shall be performed pursuant to Section 4826 of the Business and Professions Code.(Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 235, Sec. 24.
