9185. Any fees that are provided for by any provision of this division and regulations promulgated pursuant to it shall be due and payable upon receipt of a statement from the department itemizing the kind and amount of those fees. The fees shall be paid to the secretary within 30 days of the receipt of the statement.(Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 133, Sec. 12. (AB 120) Effective July 26, 2011.)
