9301. When moved for the purpose of immediate slaughter, cattle which are infected with, or exposed to, the Boophilus annulatus tick shall be dipped or treated in the manner which is prescribed by the department, unless they are to be loaded directly on railroad cars at the point of origin.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
