§ 9304

9304. If upon examination at the end of the 10 days the director finds that the cattle have been dipped or otherwise treated for the extermination of ticks but are still infected, he shall instruct the owner or person in possession of the cattle to continue the dipping or treatment as the circumstances may demand, and within such time as the department deems advisable.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
