If the owner or person that is in control of the sheep or cattle does not gather all of the sheep or cattle in a corral for the examination, the director shall gather the sheep or cattle in a corral for the examination. He may hire such necessary help as may be required to gather the sheep or cattle.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
