§ 9594

9594. The department may pay from any money which is available for the support of the department all sums that are due or to become due from the state to owners of animals or property which is taken, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of pursuant to any provision of this code that relates to the control, prevention, or eradication of disease in animals.(Amended by Stats. 1978, Ch. 599.)
