An agreement which is entered into pursuant to Section 9672 shall provide for the disposition, division, or distribution of any property which is acquired as the result of the joint exercise of powers, and the return of any surplus moneys, in proportion to the contributions which were made, after the agreement has been completed.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
