9692. It is unlawful for any person to bring or cause to be brought any animal into a quarantined district, area, or premises, without written permission from the State Veterinarian or an authorized representative.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 503, Sec. 16. Effective January 1, 2002.)
