9696. It is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to dispose of any property destroyed pursuant to Section 9562 or 9569 in the manner prescribed by the State Veterinarian, when directed or required to do so.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 503, Sec. 20. Effective January 1, 2002.)
