9697. It is unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to clean or disinfect any premises in the manner prescribed by the State Veterinarian, when directed to do so by the State Veterinarian pursuant to Section 9562 or 9569.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 503, Sec. 21. Effective January 1, 2002.)
