It is unlawful for any person to violate any quarantine order which regulates, restricts, or restrains the movement of persons, vehicles, farm equipment, farm and dairy products into, from, or from place to place within a quarantined district, area, or premises.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
