It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to fail to stop the vehicle upon demand of a clearly identified animal health quarantine officer when the officer orders the operator to stop for the purpose of determining whether any quarantine which is established pursuant to this chapter is being violated and the officer has reasonable cause to believe that the vehicle is being used in connection with a quarantine violation.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 539, Sec. 2.)
