§ 10152

10152. Any expense which is incurred by the department pursuant to Section 10151 is a lien upon the cattle. Unless the amount of the lien is paid within 10 days after written notice of the amount of the lien is given by the department to the owner or person that is in possession of the cattle, the lien shall be enforced pursuant to Section 3052 of the Civil Code.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
