To carry out the provisions of this chapter, the inspectors or agents of the department or the United States Department of Agriculture, may at any time or place, enter upon any premises, except dwelling houses. No person shall obstruct, hamper, or interfere with the agents or inspectors while they are enforcing the provisions of this chapter.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
