9932. The State Veterinarian may make regulations as are reasonably necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this chapter to prevent bovine tuberculosis from entering and spreading within this state.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 246, Sec. 10. Effective August 23, 2004.)
