9944. It is unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any tuberculosis test in the state that has not been produced under license of the Agricultural Research Service of the United States Department of Agriculture.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 246, Sec. 16. Effective August 23, 2004.)
