It is a misdemeanor which is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 90 days, without the alternative of a fine in any case, for any person to defeat or interfere with or to attempt to defeat or interfere with a tuberculosis test.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 246, Sec. 23.
