§ 10006

10006. All owners of cattle within a tuberculosis control area that are subject to examination and tuberculosis testing shall, upon request of the department, provide necessary facilities for conducting tuberculosis tests, and render such assistance as may be required.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 246, Sec. 35.
