10070. The pedigree of any purebred bovine animal shall be proved by a certificate of registry from the herd books where the animal is registered. The registration papers of any purebred bovine animal which is slaughtered because of tuberculosis and for which indemnity is paid shall be marked 'canceled' by the department.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
