§ 10071

10071. Each claim against the state for payment for the slaughter of any reacting bovine shall be presented to the State Controller and paid out of appropriations or funds available for that purpose in accordance with law. Every claim shall be paid within 60 days after the date of presentation if the claimant is entitled to payment.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
