10311. 'Vaccine' means any vaccine which is produced by a laboratory which is licensed by the Agricultural Research Service of the United States Department of Agriculture and recognized by the department for use in preventing or treating brucellosis in cattle.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
