§ 10342

10342. It is unlawful for any person, except a federal, state, county, or municipal officer or employee, in his official capacity, or an accredited veterinarian, to buy, possess or use a vaccine or antigen which contains brucella micro-organisms, except pursuant to the regulations of the director.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
