10383. All owners of cattle which are subject to examination and testing for brucellosis within a brucellosis control area shall, upon request of the department, provide the necessary facilities for collecting such samples of blood or milk as may be deemed necessary to conduct tests for brucellosis, and shall render such assistance as may be required.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
