It is unlawful for any person to refuse to submit any cattle which are required to be tested pursuant to this chapter, for the collection of milk or blood samples, or to refuse to submit any milk samples which are necessary for the testing of cattle for brucellosis pursuant to this chapter.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
