§ 11302

11302. The director, upon receiving information causing him or her to believe that coyotes are finding refuge on state park lands or on ecological reserves and are causing damage to nearby private property, may request the Department of Parks and Recreation, in the case of state park lands, or the Department of Fish and Game, in the case of ecological reserves, to cooperate in the acquisition and evaluation of evidence to that effect. Upon a request by the director, the department or departments shall cooperate in the evaluation or acquisition.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1491, Sec. 2.)
