§ 11304

11304. The Department of Parks and Recreation or the Department of Fish and Game may submit claims to the department for reimbursement of direct costs incurred pursuant to the implementation of this article which shall be paid if found by the director to be reasonably necessary to implement this article.(Added by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1491, Sec. 2.)
