§ 11507

11507. On the date and at the time and place designated in the notice of intention, the commissioner shall afford any interested person or his duly authorized representative, or both, the opportunity to present statements, arguments, or contentions in writing, with or without opportunity to present them orally.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
