11509. In any hearing which is conducted pursuant to Section 11507, the commissioner or his duly authorized representative shall have authority to administer oaths or affirmations, and may continue or postpone such hearing, from time to time, to such time and at such place as he shall determine.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
