No person shall act as a designated agent of a pest control dealer who is licensed pursuant to Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 12101), unless that person is licensed as a pest control dealer designated agent pursuant to this article.(Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 620, Sec. 18.
