12253. Before initial license is issued, the applicant shall pass an examination to demonstrate to the director the applicant’s knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the use and sale of pesticides and the responsibility in carrying on the business of a pest control dealer.(Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 620, Sec. 20.
