If a tolerance for a pesticide chemical in or on produce is established pursuant to any law of the United States, the director may review the tolerance, and if he finds that it is in accordance with the standards and provisions of this chapter, he may establish a like tolerance pursuant to this chapter.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
