Upon the demand of the owner or bailee at or prior to the time of the sampling by the director, the sample which is drawn shall be divided into two approximately equal parts, one part of which shall be sealed and left with the owner or bailee and one part taken for analysis by the director.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
