Upon judgment and by order of the court, the nuisance shall be condemned and destroyed in the manner directed by the court, or denatured or otherwise processed, or released upon such conditions as the court in its discretion may impose to insure that the nuisance shall be abated.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
