13127.2. The director shall, on January 15, 1992, issue a notice of the impending suspension of the registration of any pesticide product containing an active ingredient identified pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 13127 for which the registrant has not submitted the required data by December 31, 1991. The data generator or registrant may petition the director within 30 days of notification of impending suspension of registration for deferral of the suspension pursuant to Section 13127.3. The director shall act upon such a petition at the earliest possible time and, upon denial of the petition, suspend the registration of each such product.(Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 706, Sec. 14.
