13127.9. For each mandatory health effects study that is required for each active ingredient identified pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 13127, the registrant shall submit to the department a progress report in December of each year until the study is completed.(Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1228, Sec. 9.)
