§ 13133

13133. If any provision of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, this invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the article which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this article are severable.(Added by renumbering Section 13132 (as renumbered from 13130 by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1227) by Stats. 1992, Ch. 427, Sec. 43.
