13187. Sections 13186 and 13186.5 shall not apply to any agency signatory to a cooperative agreement with the State Department of Public Health pursuant to Section 116180 of the Health and Safety Code.(Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 848, Sec. 14. (SB 1405) Effective January 1, 2015.)
