12794. Members of the research and screening committees shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties and approved by the secretary.(Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 545, Sec. 3.5. Effective January 1, 1995.)
