14006.7. The director shall designate, by regulation, a list of 'exempt materials' for which the director finds additional restrictions, other than registration and labeling requirements, are not necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. The exempt materials may be used without a permit if the use conforms with the registered label or printed instructions.(Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 256, Sec. 3.)
