§ 14008

14008. Any permit may be refused, revoked, or suspended for violation of any of the conditions of the permit, or of a previous permit, or for violation of any provision of this division or of the regulations that are issued pursuant to it, or for the failure to pay a civil penalty or comply with any lawful order of the commissioner, once that order is final.(Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 806, Sec. 7.
