14011.5. Except as may be provided in regulations adopted by the director, a pesticide use report shall be submitted to the commissioner, on a form prescribed by the director, within seven days after each use of a restricted material.(Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 926. Effective September 18, 1980.)
