14032. Except as otherwise provided in this article and in the regulations which are adopted by the director, it is unlawful for any person to use any form of 2,4-D or any other herbicide which the director finds and determines, after hearing, is injurious to any crop.(Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
