14503. Any money which is received by the director pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund, to be expended solely for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 504, Sec. 2.)
